Return/Return policy

Refunds: We would be happy to refund your order if you’re unhappy with it, please email your order number to  [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order as well as your request for a refund. Only one refund per household is allowed. Refunds are done via Caspapp or via the original method of payment and can take up to 15 business days to process.

Returns: We accept unopened products as returns. Please reach out to [email protected], or text 407-852-8060 with your order number within 15 days of ordering for a return label, we will pay shipping, if everything is in good shape when it gets back, we'll give you a refund payment via Cashapp or your original payment method. It may take 15 business days to process your return.
